Buildings don’t usually fail because fire safety wasn’t considered in the design.
They fail because the documentation — the plans, the records, and the procedures — weren’t kept up to date.
This was the key message shared by Christina Knorr when she presented at the Workplace Health & Safety Show in Sydney on 22 October 2025
The event was a resounding success, attracting thousands of senior safety professionals who came to find solutions, share ideas, and strengthen workplace safety across industries.
Christina shared her knowledge and experience with attendees on how to close the gap between plans and practice.
Some direct attendee feedback included:
- “The talks were excellent, and the speakers were knowledgeable and generous with sharing their time and expertise.”
- “A fantastic show – the speakers were awesome, I learned lots and made some great networking connections.”
Buildings change.
People change.
Risks change.
Don’t let your documents be the weakest link in your worksite fire resilience.
