What a way to close out the year!

We are proud to announce that on Friday last week, at the Engineers Australia FNQ End of Year Showcase 2025, Christina was named the Distinguished Engineer of the Year.

She stood alongside five talented men from across the region, with her nomination recognising her visionary engineering practice, impact across the FNQ region, and commitment to mentorship and leadership.

The event, held at the Pullman Cairns International, featured an inspiring keynote from Sonia Holzheimer.

Congratulations to the much-deserving Nastassja Regan, recognised as Engineering Volunteer of the Year, and congratulations to all teams whose projects were showcased on the night, as well as all nominees.

Thank you to the Cairns Regional Group for your dedication and achievements throughout 2025.
