Combustible Cladding Assessments in NSW and QLD – Experience of a Fire Engineer

After being part of the 2nd Cladding Summit in Melbourne, Christina Knorr will be speaking at the 4th Combustible Cladding Summit which will take place in Sydney, on 8th and 9th February 2022.  Alongside other experts in the field, Christina will be sharing her experience as a fire safety engineer completing combustible cladding assessments in NSW and QLD, as well as delivering Expert Witness services. She will be giving a comparison of cladding assessment approaches used in the two States, present some case studies and issues with risk assessment reports as well as outline what happens, once risk assessment reports are completed.

Christina has been extensively involved in combustible cladding risk assessment and litigation projects in Queensland and NSW. Her involvement includes, but is not limited to, residential, commercial, educational, heritage and infrastructure projects. Christina’s reputation is that of a knowledgeable expert who does not assume without checking. She is an advocate of education and does not leave a question unanswered.
