Christina attended the Australian Dispute Resolution (ADR) Conference & Awards held on the 21 & 22 March 2024 at The Mint in Sydney.

Here she spoke to barristers, solicitors, arbitrators, mediators, expert determiners and other tribunal staff, sharing knowledge about alternative dispute resolution techniques and principles.

The speakers and participants involved were incredible and the conversations had during the conference, networking and gala dinner extremely interesting, informative and entertaining. Christina made some great connections and gleaned some very useful knowledge and resources that we at CJK can use as part of our alternative dispute resolution services.

It is great to see the work is being done to move the legal system more and more towards alternative dispute resolution. Our goal is to assist parties involved in or entering into construction disputes to find an amicable resolution.

Christina can provide expert determination with the benefit of an extensive technical knowledge and understanding. Please contact CJK for further information.
